txtandtell uses a range of survey formats to encourage feedback by restaurant customers including table tents, check presenter cards and posters.

Cards include standard questions about rating your service, food, cleanliness and atmosphere. Additional questions can be added as well as a comment request for customers to "tell" about their experience.
